Refund & Returns Policy

At VivahSanskaar Suites and Events Pty LTD, we strive to deliver exceptional service with care and commitment. However, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to balance flexibility with the advance preparation involved in events.

Cancellation Refunds:

• More than 30 days before the event:
  Full refund minus a $500 non-refundable booking fee.

• 15 to 30 days before the event:
  50% refund of the total amount.

• Less than 15 days before the event:
  No refund due to committed vendor costs and preparation.

Force Majeure:

If your event is affected by an unavoidable situation (e.g., natural disaster, COVID restrictions), we offer one-time free rescheduling, subject to availability.
