1. Booking & Payment

  • 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
  • The full balance must be paid at least 7 days before your event.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before event: Full refund (minus $500 booking fee)
  • 15–30 days before event: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days: No refund
  • If your event is impacted by a force majeure (like COVID restrictions), we will allow free rescheduling, based on availability.

3. Rentals & Décor

  • All rental items (chairs, mandaps, stages, etc.) remain our property.
  • You are responsible for any loss or damage during your event.
  • Décor items are subject to availability and may be replaced with similar alternatives.

4. Setup & Access

  • You must ensure the venue is accessible at the agreed time for setup and removal.
  • Any necessary permissions or approvals must be arranged by you.

5. Photos & Marketing

  • We may take photos of our setups for our portfolio and promotions.
  • If you prefer not to be featured, let us know before the event in writing.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, emergencies, or other issues beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid.
